The administration department is headed by Lesley-Anne MacGregor. Lesley-Anne is supported by what we believe is one of the top administration teams in the UK IFA sector.
Lesley-Anne entered financial services in 1984 and successfully held positions in Scottish Provident, Royal Sun Alliance and RBS Mortgages before starting work with Douglas in 1997.
Her present role at McCrea Financial Services is to provide Management support to Douglas and work closely with our administrative and paraplanning teams.
The Gold Investor in People award was in no small part down to the excellent work Lesley-Anne does in running the office and supporting the staff. Her qualifications include ACII, FPC1, and FPC2 & MVQ Management Level 4.
What Lesley-Anne enjoys most about working for McCreas:
I have the full support and help from all the team in achieving our goal – 1st class customer service. Also, the clothing allowance is one of my favourite things!
Out of the office:
Lesley-Anne’s hobbies include painting - she thoroughly enjoys attending art classes (escapism from chasing around after her six-year-old son) and is a keen gym goer.
