This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who can join our team and make a valuable contribution to the business and our clients.
We are looking for an experienced and successful individual who is hard working, enthusiastic, confident and articulate. A team player who is used to working in a very busy and enjoyable office and committed to delivering an excellent service.
You will be responsible for providing high quality support to our Advisers to provide a first class service to our clients.
This will include arranging appointments, processing business, managing diary systems, dealing with all client communication via email, post and phone. Using your initiative and demonstrating excellent organisational skills to prioritise to meet deadlines is key.
The applicant should have excellent knowledge across all areas of financial planning including investments, pensions, protection and retirement options. You should also have a minimum of five years’ experience working in Independent Financial Advisers.
