McCrea One Four Nine Charity Golf Day Raises £5,340 for Alzheimer's Society
A huge thank you to those who supported our McCrea One Four Nine Charity Golf Day on Thursday 15th May, helping us to raise £5,340 for our One Four Nine Charity Partner of the Year, Alzheimer's Society!
Held at the stunning Duke's Course St Andrews, guests joined us in the morning for a welcome breakfast and warm up on the driving range to ensure there were no excuses for the round ahead, which teed-off at 11am as a Texas Scamble.
Our winners for the day were Radisson Hotels who took home their winner trophies and a Castle Stuart Fourball. Our losers of the day, and now owners of their very own golf donkeys to commemorate their last place finish were team 'Albadross' - a very fitting name. It was a relief for team McCrea, who were just one shot ahead of last place!
Another year passes by where no one was lucky enough to win the brand-new Lexus ES-300h Premium Edition, who could be won with a Hole-in-One on the 7th hole, a 163 yard Par 3. 16th time lucky next year we hope!
Again, a huge thank you to all the guests who came along to support our fundraising on the day by purchasing a team and participating in the fundraising activities across the day, as well as the Golf Clubs who generously donated a fourball to be used as prizes.
