Nick Grigg has been voted the McCrea Financial Services Warrior of the Month for April.

The centre had another impressive month for the club, coming off the bench against Saracens and starting against both Zebre and Leinster. He scored his fifth try of the season against the Italians.

The 24-year-old, who was presented with his award by young Warriors fan Jamie at a special event at David Lloyd in Glasgow last week, says he’s thrilled to have been voted last month’s top player.

Speaking to glasgowwarriors.org, Nick Grigg said: “I've been pretty happy with my performances this season and for the fans to vote for me is a great feeling.

"We're all looking to finish the season on a high with an 1872 Cup win and give the coaches and the leaving players the send off they deserve."
