Jenny Pritchard, one of our senior administrators who works closely with our pensions and investments specialist, Jonathan Campbell, celebrates 15 years with McCrea Financial Services today.

Jenny started with the company only three years after it's inception in 2002.  Jenny has been with McCrea Financial Services since 2002 and, at that stage, was one of only six permanent staff at McCreas.

She has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services.  Having previously worked for Legal & General for 5 years combined with 20 years’ experience in the independent financial services sector, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge to her senior administrative role at McCreas.   

With promotions along the way as well as a major office move, things these days look quite different with 21 full and part-time staff, and over 1000 clients.

Douglas commented "It is incredible how the years have flown by and Jenny has been with us almost since day one on the journey. She has been great to work with and I know the clients really appreciate the extra mile that she goes with looking after them"  whilst Jonathan thanked Jenny for the support and insight she has provided him with since he joined the company in 2015 saying "Jenny is an integral part of the McCreas team. It is invaluable to me personally to work closely with someone who is so dependable and supportive. I look forward to the next 15 years working with her! ;)"

Only three staff (if you include Douglas) have been with McCreas longer than Jenny,  Lesley-Anne McGregor and Lesley McGinty who have both worked with Douglas McCrea since he set up the business in May 1999 whilst several more exceed the ten year mark.  As advocates and Gold Standard award winners of the nationally recognised Investors in People, a programme to support, grow, recognise and reward staff, we hope we will have many more opportunities to celebrate work anniversaries with our hard-working team.

Jenny and her husband David, are real foodies and so the company has arranged a stay for them at the beautiful Kilberry Inn in Argyll and Bute, renowed for it's excellent hospitality, comfortable stay and of course, fantastic food and wine.  We hope they have a wonderful time, but Jenny, please do come back! ;)
